Need advise to apply patch 19245366 (R12.ATG_PF.C.Delta.5)

Hi,

We want to apply patch 19245366 (pre-req 20745242 & 20784380) to fix one issue and need your advise on how to apply it in our instance with below configuration :

App Version : R12.2.3

DB : 11.2.0.3

Product patch levels :

AD : C C.5

ATG : C C.4

TXK : C C.5

I gone through metalink notes and have queries:

1) To apply 19245366 , do we need to be on 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.4) [Ref Doc ID 1983021.1 , Section 2], currently we are on 11.2.0.3

2) Also,there is contradiction in 2 notes regarding FMW home patch in line with latest AD-TXK patch,

Doc ID 1617461.1 , section 3.1.2 says to apply FMW Patch 20642039 if we are on pre-Delta 6 AD-TXK codelevel and
