R3465 - Forecast request date question

Hi,

I would like to understand how R3465 picks the data when run for weekly consolidation for actuals (i.e. forecast type=AA). Please refer to the attachment. The question is - lets say for request date 04/20/2015, the image is showing a forecast quantity of 115 - is it the actual sales for dates from 04/14 to 04/20 or is it the sales from 04/20 to 04/26?

As per the data in my sales table, it is the total of actual sales from 04/14-04/20. However, is it not too late to forecast at the end of the week rather than at the beginning of the week? Is there any JDE documentation that talks about this?
