1099 Form alignment

we are having difficulties printing our 1099 Forms--when I look at the output file, I am seeing a page break on line 57 even though the report is set up for 66 lines (i.e. 33 lines per output)

this ties into our issue with the alignment--what is causing this?  is it the driver initialization string?
