The JMS Receiver task doesnt start automatically

Hi,

We are in 8.1.1.11 version and we understand that, "The JMS Receiver task must be started manually. It does not start automatically when the Siebel Server is started.".

This causing major issue for us we are forced to manually intervene to start the task when we switch our external java servers (provider url). (i.e) we find is that the JMSReceiver tasks does not reconnect automatically during a flip. This is despite having Default Task: 1

Question:

a.) We like to know if there is any patch that we has the fix to start task for the jms receiver automatically.

b.) We like to know in version this issue is fixed that we can think of upgrade to.
