Planning time fence not working correctly

Hi Friends,

We have defined Planning time fence and Demand time fence defined as 20 days but MPS/MRP workbench is generating planned orders within planning time fence for one item.

 

The Planning Time Fence is the point that you want no new planned orders to be created prior to. In MRP this was based on the suggested dock date for (buy) orders and suggested due date for (make orders). Whatever you set the value to, no new planned orders will get created earlier than date.. even in an unconstrained plan 

May i know please check point to honor Planning time fence correctly? is there any profile options to violate planning time fence time?
