Agile 9.3.5 installation issue

Hi,

I am trying to install Agile 9.3.5 application on Windows 2012 server.  I Installed oracle database 12.1.0.2 on Linux server and created listener and started at Linux.  Installed jdk and weblogic 12.1.3 on Windows server.  I installed 11g oracle client on windows server to check connectivity.  I am able to do tnsping from windows server to that database.  Getting "ora12514-listener does not know the service requested." I tried with both service option and SID option to connect database, but not able to move forward with installation.  Can anyone help on this.
