Parts Receiving

Hi Team,

I would like to take an advice in regards to the parts receiving by the technician via FSTP. Here is a situation, like in IR/ISO cycle when the part is shipped to the technician's sub inventory he can receive the same via 'Part receive' option. Now questions are as follows

1. While receiving he can see the parts quantity he requested and the same he can receive or less then that before hitting the receive button. Please advice if he requested 5 and while receiving he change the quantity to 3 and then receive so the remaining 2 will still be in his sub - inventory or what will happen?
