migrate a database(10.2.0.4) from sun solaris to linux x86

Hello,

I have to migrate a database(10.2.0.4) from sun solaris to linux x86. The database would be of version 12c in linux environment. Can someone please help me what should be best steps to complete this task with minimal downtime?

Sun Solaris Platform

SunOS epsun529 5.10 Generic_150400-30 sun4v sparc sun4v

Linux x86 Platform

Linux eplnx040 2.6.32-573.12.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon Nov 23 12:55:32 EST 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
