Cannot access detail revision on a cancelled PO

Hello,

I can pull up the PO Header on an old cancelled PO - status 980/999 - that still has a quantity to receive of 20, but I cannot access detail revision to make any changes it is blank. The purchasing ledger only has one entry with quantity of 20 at status 220/230.

Do you know of any other ways to pull this up, or to find what happened? When I look at F4311 and F43199 both entries have the name of the buyer, so I know they were manually updated, but I cannot see any record on the purchasing ledger for a cancellation.
