Some items are not appearing/missing in iStore section(s)

Some items are not appearing/missing in iStore section, even though they have same attributes (orderable, published) and are assigned to same org as validation org for iStore.

Still the iStore pages show few pages and then get shows blank page.

This is happening for multiple sections . We have tried running auto placement for root section, and still issue is existing.

Any pointers to solution are welcome! We are on R12.1.3
