Seeded balance for Workers Compensation Taxable for both Employee and Employer

While testing balance conversion for an employee 018146 that had both EE and ER New Mexico Worker's compensation taxable and withholding amounts, I was unable to validate the amounts converted because of system configuration and/or conversion errors.
For the EE taxable and withholding amount, only the withholding amount was visible. The taxable amount of $56,738.22 was extracted and passed from PeopleSoft, but is not visible. I didn't initialize the Taxable balance explicitly. Do you know whether any Oracle seeded balance available to initialize Workers Compensation EE taxable. We are bringing in PTD values from legacy system and loading PTD values in EBS system.
