Starting Sever manager console by startManagedWeblogic.cmd shows errors

Hello,

I am trying to install JDE server manager console 9.2.0.2 to Windows machine.

Installation of WebLogic server and Server manager console completed successfully.

The chapter below also completed and I shut down services and the machine the day.

- 4 Complete the Management Console Setup Wizard

- of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Server Manager Guide Release 9.2.x E61438-03

Although, after booting the machine again, starting Sever manager console by startManagedWeblogic.cmd shows errors.

Commands I used:

startNodeManager.cmd

startWebLogic.cmd

startManagedWebLogic.cmd  SMC_Server_EOne_ManagementConsole1_Console

Errors:

...com.jdedwards.mgmt.agent.E1Agent getAgent

SEVERE: Could not instantiate the management agent.
