Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Can we change Warranty items and business processes attached to that warranty item?

Hi

We have a requirement that for some customers we need to change Warranty item.

e.g currently we are using warranty item 'A' which has coverage template 'C1' with business processes 'B11, B12,B13'.

Requirement is to change warranty item to 'B' which has coverage template 'C2' with business processes 'B21,B22,'.

We need to update existing warranty contracts.
