Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Please advise what it the impact of System table parameter Number of Opened Files - nfile utilization to 100%.

how to increase the parameter and what is the value we need to set.
