Data pump data filters. How to filter table data by timestamp?

Hello All,

I  know it's possible but don't know exactly how to go about it. So I have a requirement to take a export back of a few tables using DataPump(Data only). The challenge is I want to export only the affected rows or new rows from last sccessful full export lets say that was a week before. and then I want to import this data from the table export into another table of different database without indexes and other constraints. I know about metadata filters but I dont know how to achieve the export of data from the tables by
