Shared Service configuration for schedule and email dashborad output to users.

We need to schedule and email dashboard output to some users.

We cofigured the host, port and a dummy mail account in EPM System Configurator, but I have read that it's necesary to designate the e-mail server in Shared Service.

I'm new with HFM, so i don't know where to find this Shared Service's option. Can somebody let me know where should I find it and how to configure it, please?
