what kind of error is this? Internal Error has occurred. Check the log file at OMS.oncop.gob.ve:/u01

Good day

I am trying to modify threshold in clou control 12c, and i received this message "Internal Error has occurred. Check the log file at OMS.oncop.gob.ve:/u01/app/oracle/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.trc.", the trace said is a java problem, HOw can i do to solve this?
