How can we use advanced pricing within service request charges?

We are using oracle field service and we need to know how to use advanced pricing within the service request charges. We need this to put a price for the charge line using advanced pricing qualifiers. Another use we need to do is to apply some discounts on the charge line, also based on some qualifiers.
