Qualification Assessment - Multiple Response

Hi,

When a qualification assessment is sent to a prospective supplier, it allows for only one response. The assessment doesn't allow for multiple responses. So in a situation where the prospective supplier has submitted their response to the qualification assessment wants to re-call their response or submit another response (as the original one was incomplete) or say they want to modify their response, what are the options in the current solution? How can we address such a situation?

- Should the prospective supplier contact the buyer organization and tell them to load a surrogate response on their behalf and discard the response from the prospective supplier?
