MSCA - GUI Version not getting launched in CK3

Hi All,

We are using Oracle 11i. Trying to use MSCA in CK3.

This is what in Bat File. When trying to Launch MSCA, It is taking as to Oracle eBusiness suite then getting stuck and not moving further. Any input please.
