cant get ldom running after installation Oracle Vm server 3.1 on T5240

ran install-ldm

these get installed OK

# pkginfo -l |grep -i ldm

   PKGINST:  SUNWldm

   PKGINST:  SUNWldmp2v

installed patch 150817-04

rebooted.

dumbo(root)# svcs -a |grep -i ldom

disabled       14:52:07 svc:/ldoms/vntsd:default

maintenance    14:56:21 svc:/ldoms/ldmd:default

tried clearing,  disable,  enable

from the log

[ Mar  3 14:56:21 Executing start method ("/opt/SUNWldm/bin/ldmd_start") ]

svcs: Pattern 'svc:/ldoms/agents:default' doesn't match any instances

SMF service 'svc:/ldoms/agents:default' is not online.

[ Mar  3 14:56:21 Method "start" exited with status 96 ]

[ Mar  3 15:24:20 Rereading configuration. ]

any ideas?
