12.2.5 RUP patch error

Hi,

We are in the process of upgrading our EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5 with 12.1.0.2 database.As a part of this effort we have followed the documentation and upgraded successful to 12.2.0 and finished applying latest AD/TXK delta 7 patches using adop.

While applying the RUP 12.2.5(19676458) , two of the workers failed on FND_EID_DFF_CTX_REG_B_U1 objects for which the SR suggested to safely ignore. While restarting the patch, we have encountered the below error

[UNEXPECTED]Apply phase has failed.

    [PROCEDURE] [START 2016/02/24 14:16:50] Updating adop session status

    [UNEXPECTED]Unable to find appltop_id for host atldevapp01fin in database

on investigating we found NULL entries in fnd_nodes/FND_OAM_CONTEXT_FILES tables and while trying to run autoconfig, it is erroing out with the below.
