Dispatch Board Question

Hi all

I have a question for you that maybe somebody can answer.  In the Dispatch Board when you position the mouse pointer on a scheduled activity it displays various fields in the ToolTip.  This ToolTip disappears after a few seconds.  Is this duration configurable?  In other words we would like to have the ToolTip remain visible as long as the pointer is on the activity.
