OPM Accounting Pre-Processor warning with Actual Cost Adjustment source

Hi all,

I ran OPM Accounting Pre-Processor with other source (Inventory, Purchasing, Production) is completed, but when I choose source is Costing (Revaluation & Actual cost adjustment), the request complete with warning and it did not create event for Actual Cost Adjustment)

The warning as bellow:

gmf_xla_pkg.create_event. in when-others: ; sqlcode/err: -30926-ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables  - 2016-03-04 08:37:24
