oracle solaris cluster 3.3u2 renew contract question?

Hi All:

IHAC wants to renew their oracle solaris cluster 3.3 contract, however, our remote sales told him that it is EOSL. I have checked the support lifecycle and the Preminer Support End day is on 2018/09. Could anyone provide any information or help for this issue ?
