What is Partial Merge in Subledger Period Close exception Report

Hi,

I am trying to close period and found in Subledger Period Close exception report that there are some unprocessed Partial Merge, I would appreciate if you please guide me what is this as we did not do any supplier merge and although these are resolved by Create Accounting Third Party Merge but i am unsure about the Accounting Impacts ,Appreciate to have a response.
