xstore point of service data not replicating to xstore office replication database

Hello experts,

first issue:

I have lots of data in xstore replication database in repqueue schema (ctl_replication_queue), but this data is not getting replicated into xstore office replication database  (rpl_replication_data)

select count(*) from ctl_replication_queue;

select * from rpl_replication_data;

0

second issue:

xcenter datasource is getting offline and online automatically on some interval
