"Invalid value for the column Contract Line." error shows when updating existing SR.
Hi Gurus,
We are in R12. We are experiencing this issue in iSupport when updating an existing SR.
This is happening only to particular SR#. User cannot update this SR because of this issue. But other SRs is behaving as per normal.
Any tips to isolate this particular issue?
