Units mismatch in Crew schedule metrics and Crew schedule workbench hours

Hello,

We are facing an issue where in, the Target hours in the Crew Schedule Metrics(P48315) and the Availability by craft in Crew Schedule workbench(P48320) for a particular craft arent the same at times. There is a decimal value mismatch. For example, the target hours in the metrics is 32.5 where as in the workbench it shows as 32.

Any idea where might be the problem?
