Assign button on SR Detail applet

Hi,

In our project we have created a custom BC based on S_SRV_REQ table and created new screen and new applets. But the Assign button is not working on the custom applet. We added the BC user property "Assignment Object" and Value as "Service Request" but still its not working.

Any idea on what has to be done?
