Why pkge deleted keep in file system AIX?

Hi,

I remove package update and full from gh9083, assemble and build app

but the big problem was file system was all package I deleted, hoq could be happend it?..I believe should remove all folder and files from AIX..

tool 9.1.5

AIX 6.1
