GoldenGate: [Source SQL Server DB] WARNING OGG-01194 [Target Oracle DB]

Hi,

We have 93 tables are not in sync (Source is SQL Server DB in Windows Server V12R2), Target is Oracle DB in Linux with Oracle12c pluggable database). Both servers have Gogldengate v12.1.2.1.9.

After Extract was abended. I stopped Replicat. Tried to re-sync 93 tables by initial load from Source SQL Server DB.

I have error at Source DB:

2016-03-04 10:39:49  WARNING OGG-01194  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for SQL Server, SINIT1.prm:  EXTRACT task SREP1 abended : Bad column length (65535) specified for column FREQUENCYCODE in table dbo.Claim837Adjustment, maximum allowable length is 4.

I have error at Target DB:

2016-03-04 10:39:48  ERROR   OGG-01163  Oracle GoldenGate Delivery for Oracle, srep1.prm:  Bad column length (65535) specified for column FREQUENCYCODE in table dbo.Claim837Adjustment, maximum allowable length is 4.
