Bug 19495842 - when will a patch be available?

Bug 19495842 is "CHANGE THRESHOLD IN THE SWAP WARNING IN ALERT.LOG".  I really need this for my nonproduction databases, because I have as many as four databases on the same server, and need a higher threshold than 2%.  We are using 12.1.0.2 and Solaris SPARC 64bit version 10.  Does anybody know when the patch will be available?
