Primavera P6 - Deleted projects and activities still showing in the reporting tables.

Deleted projects and activities still showing in the reporting tables in P6 following the truncate procedure. Customer is asking for the "Delete_sweep" to be done but I'm not sure which procedure she's referencing.   I found this article but am not sure this is the correct procedure to follow:

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
