RAC stopped for Specific Instance....

Dear Oracle Experts,

We have 2 node RAC environments' with 11.2.0.4 database for RHEL 6,   I wants to stop specific node like node2 because node 2 Server are given red light so wants to reboot the server so node 1 is working fine and it will not affect the database, so please help me what  steps to follow for stopping/starting specific node  and it will not affect the node 1 database and all the users which are using node 2 automatically switch to node1.
