how can we remove duplicate categories

We have crated the category at both places through System administration responsibility and GL superuser responsibility (as we are using DFF for personalization).

Now at the time of sequence assignment user is getting two category in  the same name, can I delete the same from table FND_DOC_SEQUENCE_CATEGORIES

Please suggest
