Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is the difference between Oracle restart vs single node/stand alone ASM?

If they are different, is ACFS and ACFS replication supported on single node ASM? I think ACFS not supported for Oracle restart.
