DFF usage in FSG report

Hi All,

   I have enabled DFF in Row set and assigned some values. How can i get these values to display in report output.

   While running Program-Reporting Attribute Preparation getting error psa.plsql.psa_rep_attributes.gl_preparation:Oracle Government Ledger is not Installed.

   Please also share any Docs which give more idea about DFF usage in FSG report.
