How to upgrade two nodes RAC database with Grid 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.1.0 RAC on Solarisx86

Hi Guys,

I have a 2-nodes RAC environment with Oracle Grid Infrastructure (11.2.0.4.0) and database (11.2.0.4.0) on Solaris x86-64 on ASM. Therefore, I want to upgrade Grid Infrastructure and database to version 12.1.0.1.0. Moreover, I want to upgrade another 2-nodes RACenvironment on Solaris SPARC as well.

Please provide me a step by step guide for this Upgrade.
