CRS-4124: Oracle High Availability Services startup failed

Hi Guys,

I am facing a severe problem on installing Oracle Grid on Oracle Linux , every things going fine by following DOC Oracle RAC 11g Database on Linux Using VirtualBox , At the stage when i was runnig Oracle Grid and have to run root.sh file i face following error

CRS-4124: Oracle High Availability Services startup failed.

CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

ohasd failed to start: Inappropriate ioctl for device

ohasd failed to start at /grid/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl line 443.

After applying lot and lot of solution available on Google at the end i am here,
