Rceived line is not showing in Item ledger

Hi Team,

We have observed an issue with receipt ,we received an order with 5 lines out of which only 4 lines are showing in Item ledger but all the lines showing F43121.

Line is not showing in receipt routing also ,f43121 qty showing as stocked..

Can anyone let me know Is there any integrity issue or anyone observed this issue before.
