Vdate changes in RPM and RMS

Could you please provide your insights for the vdate changes to be reflected in RMS and RPM.

I've to frequently change the vdate in ORMS and process the new item locations using newitemloc batch or process the different price events in ORPM using Injector or process the approved price events in ORPM to update ORMS using PEE/PEERMS batch.

But when trying to do I'm facing where dates are not maintained properly in rpm_future_retail/price events not processed by rpm batches.

I did try to change vdate's and update system_variables accordingly to correctly process the events. But still it looks like records are not getting processed.
