What is the out of box solution for Carrier Lost Item. Carrier picked the item from warehouse to ship to the customer, but they lost in transit.
How to handle this so that we can re-ship another product to the customer and raise a claim with carrier track that claim, if not successful how to book that loss. If got the claim amount then how to record that amount.
We can create a new order to ship. But it will mess up our bookings, so we want to avoid it.
