scan Ip Error while doing 11.2.0.4 installation

I have been trying to install Oracle 11.2.0.4 on Windows 2008 R2 64 bit.

I have successfully completed pre-installation checks and also run the cluvfy for CRS successfully.

I have assigned 2 Public IP, 2Private IP and 2 VIP. I have registered 3 IP for Scan with a  name in Domain.But when I reach the 4th step of installation where it checks for scan name and the IP given I am getting an error "[INS-41105 Private on Subnet 192.168.101.0 chosen as Public does not match Subnet of Scan VIP".

I have tried to add 3 IP in the Host file also but even then I am getting this error.
