NNC cant load all configuration

Haii All,

My NNC cant load all configuration, the notif said "failure in loading the configuration. Reason : could not get device  informatio. $failed to get redundancyConfig from device x.x.x.x. Reason : HA requires RedundancyConfig configured in device" and also at NNC device configuration version is 355 but loaded configuration version is 354 and configuration version on SBC is 359 .

i am also check my configuration redundacy-config all peer is enable. i've tried ping test to all peer connection redundancy for both SBC and ping result was OK.

is there anyone that have some problem? please let me know how to fix it.
