OGG in RAC ONE NODE - Extract abend after relocate db

Dear All, 

we are facing issue on OGG implementation in production server to replicate all data.  we have Source environment using RAC one node (using 2 database node) and Target environment using single instance.  we configure goldengate using Integrated Capture mode.   we have successfully replicate/transfer some data using first node (DBNODE-1). And while we're relocating database to second node (DBNODE-2), the Extract process abended.

This is the error : 

2016-02-16 18:08:53 ERROR OGG-00664 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, enfs.prm: OCI Error beginning session (status = 1034-ORA-01034: ORACLE not available  ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist  Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory).
