Spanish Localization "Sistema de Información Inmediato"

Hi,

recently AEAT (spanish tax authorities) has approved a new system called "Sistema de Información Inmmediao" which means that companies will need to report to the tax autorty the daily invoicing.

Does anybody kows if Oracle is preparing a new localization  to accomplish this requirement?
