Not able to do Inventory transfer for rejected quantity

Hi,

I am trying to transfer a certain quantity of item using IT(Inventory transfer).

Say, a quantity of 100 of item ASD available in the lot 123 in location RCPT is in Rejected status "R". This item is available in branch plant XYZ1.

Now I need to move this quantity from XYZ1 to XYZ2. When I use the IT , I am not able to see this quantity available to be transferred.

I need to transfer the quantity in 'R' status .

Kindly let me know how to proceed.
