"Unaccounted Transactions Report (XML)" ends up in warning - OPP warning

while closing the period and sweeping unaccounted transactions to next period, the spawned "Unaccounted Transactions Report (XML)" PDF output ends in warning.

the log shows the OPP messge.

the unacctounted transactions are swept to the current period mar-16.

how to run this report again for 01-feb-16 and 29-feb-16?

when the above parameters are provided during run time the report ends up in ERROR.

we want to run this report for Feb-16.
