Is it possible to setup approval group with this condition?

Hi,

    I have a questions. I had setup this Approval group. Is it possible to setup more condition.

    "The buyer create Purchase Order, and the PO's Supplier is 'XXXXXX'. When the PO's total amount is over 100,000 dollars, he can approved (signoff) this PO by himself."

    I want to setup when the Supplier is 'XXXXXX' , the buyer won't confined by the Amount Limit 100,000

    Is it possible to do that?
